Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after they are received. Most customers receive their domestic orders in just 3-7 business days via USPS First-class or USPS Priority Mail.
Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Mini guitars and ornaments can be shipped internationally. Not responsible for customs delays, Customers are responsible for payment of any necessary import duties or taxes.
ALL SALES FINAL. ONLY ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING OR INCORRECT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order delivery date.
Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM CST. All emails will be answered within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays.
Return labels are not provided unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer.
Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis.
